The commercial headquarters are in London, England, and it also has offices in Stockholm, Sweden; Nykøbing Falster, Denmark; Munich, Germany; Paris, France; California, United States and Shanghai, China.

Clare Watts Williams mentioned, "PriceRunner app is absolutely useless. Any search brings up too many erroneous results. For instance specific laptop searches bring up parts or cases, and a freezer search brought up a pair of pliers."

"I was clearly ripoff from this company, the lack of transparency is really concerning, it supposed to just get clicks from Denmark, and I got a bill with more than 600 clicks from UK??¿?¿? and invoice with more than 3000DKK, with a conversion rate of 500DKK worst conversion ever seen in my life. So I lost more than 2500dkk, customer service is not giving you any help or advice, I had to research by myself, I had to limit my budget for January, because after 10 days already spent 600dkk with 0dkk conversion rate, and finally, I had to cancel their services,insane! I also got clicks from another brand and product, they charged to me and I had to ask for a refund, worst experience in terms of conversion rate, customer service and online marketing, if you use their service tell them to explain you CLEARLY how to limit your budged or bids, otherwise it's going to be aBottomless pit Bottomless pit, probably I'm going to spend more than 4000dkk in 2 months with 500dkk return. JFYI PD: I forgot to add this, I contact them asking why my product was not showing in UK market and SE market, and they told me that in order to display them I should have a EN website with GBP currency and a SE website with SEK price, without these requisites I was not able to display on the screen directly, instead of people should change an option to show "changing to "international retailers" OK so basically I got tons of clicks with people activating this option, then displaying them directly from Denmark without doing anything or changing anything or adding anything, this is completely insane, and even looks fishy to me. you don't really know what they are doing and how, they just spent money without any sense, and send you an invoice and they get a % of your money spent. JFYI"

"I used your site before xmas to find a dualsense charging station for ps5. The site recommended by you was upnextgen.com who had stock. I ordered from them just to find out they were a scam site and I lost £25 because of this and received no goods."
